Noritake Associates is proud to announce our firm has received the commission to design a Class A commercial office building located in the heart of Arlington, Virginia for The Penzance Companies.

This 300,000 SF office structure will be designed to address the needs of the client, the surrounding community and the unique context of Arlington’s historic core.  Plan features will be targeted at solving the challenges of this complex urban environment using principals of green building design.  

Noritake Associates projects currently under construction include a build-to-suit headquarters for HITT Contracting, Inc. located in the Fairview Park development in Falls Church, Virginia.
