Since 1986, Noritake Associates has been providing professional services in master planning, full-service architecture, and interior design. Each of the firm's principals has over 25 years of professional experience on projects located throughout the US for private, corporate, institutional, and government clients.
Our mission is based on some basic principles of good business: we provide our clients with the highest levels of design and technical expertise in our field, delivered through the personal attention and involvement from our principals, capped with outstanding professional service from our project managers.
Our firm employs twin principals of good business - attention to detail and great customer service - from the inception of each project through completion and delivery. This approach is the best way to consistently create great buildings and keep satisfied clients returning for the next project. Our long track record in creating successful projects for our clients as evidenced by the fact that many of our new commissions continue to be from repeat clients we have served through a number of projects and over many years.
Underscoring our mission to deliver for our clients, our principals become engaged in shaping projects from their inception and stay intimately engaged until each building is complete. We take pride in our ability to develop innovative and practical design solutions that address our client's diverse programmatic, budgetary and scheduling requirements for each project.
Our portfolio includes a wide-range of project types for both base building architecture and interiors for new construction, renovation & adaptive re-use. Many on our staff are LEED Accredited Professionals and we constantly strive to keep abreast of the rapidly developing green building sector of our business to ensure that we can deliver buildings for our clients that meet the environmental needs of today and tomorrow. We strive to maintain a high level of knowledge, expertise and creativity in across the broad spectrum of the developing and changing areas of design and planning to offer our clients cutting edge solutions to their unique building needs.
Our long experience with design and construction represents a broad spectrum of various project delivery methods including fast-track design & construction, design-build, build-to-suit, and the more traditional roles of design architect and architect of record.
